Modern, five-star, purpose-built accommodation blocks — double glazed, fully insulated and tiled throughout. Every dog gets an individual kennel with a wall-mounted fibreglass bed and fleece vet bedding, plus all-day access to a covered, weatherproof outdoor run with an insulated bench. Larger kennels are available for dogs from the same household who wish to board together.
Each block has thermostatically controlled heating and dehumidifiers for warm, dry conditions whatever the weather, with music played throughout the day for company.
Four full-time kennel staff, all Animal Care trained, selected for their love of dogs — ensuring time for exercise, play and one-to-one contact every day.
Dogs are exercised across our various exercise areas, and dried in our drying/grooming room with commercial dryers after wet-weather walks.
We feed Pedigree Chum Complete (chicken and rice) plus tinned meat. Special diets and vet-prescribed medication are welcome and recorded on medication cards.
11am–12 noon and 2:30pm–3:30pm. Visits are welcome, but please call ahead to book — our exercise routines mean we can't accommodate drop-ins.
Call 01676 522405 →All dogs must hold a current vaccination certificate, plus the Bordetella Bronchiseptica (Kennel Cough) vaccine — nasal drops administered by your vet at least two weeks before boarding. Vaccination cards must be produced at every visit; without up-to-date vaccinations, we regret we cannot accept a dog. We also ask that your dog has been treated for worms and fleas within two months of arrival.
While staying with us your dog is insured with Pet Plan Five Star insurance, covering vet fees for illness that occurs whilst boarding, or that first shows within 72 hours of leaving our care (30p per day per dog, added to your invoice). Please note we must be told of any medical problems from the last 6 months, and dogs are not covered for existing or recurring complaints.
